Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Innovatra Design FZCO, we take pride in delivering premium-quality automation and marketing solutions. Due to the customized and intellectual nature of our work, our refund and cancellation terms are designed to ensure fairness for both parties.
2. Service-Based Policy
All our projects—automation systems, marketing campaigns, design solutions, and consulting—are tailored to client specifications. Once a project begins, significant resources and time are allocated.
For this reason, refunds are generally not possible once work has started, except in the cases outlined below.
3. Cancellations Before Project Commencement
If a client requests a cancellation before project initiation, a partial refund (up to 70%) may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation fees.
Once a project is in progress, no cancellation or full refund is available.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The project has not started and no significant resources have been invested.
- There has been a demonstrable failure to deliver the agreed-upon services, as per written agreement.
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by Innovatra Design’s management team.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Digital marketing retainers or subscriptions
- Paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Domain, hosting, or software license fees
- Completed automation or design deliverables
6. Payment Disputes
In the unlikely event of a dispute, Innovatra Design aims to resolve matters amicably. Clients should contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or dispute through their payment provider.
